Seattle Puppyworks offers the dogs of Seattle dog training, obedience classes, private behavior counseling, puppy training, adult dog training, puppy play groups, adult small dog play groups and more. Our certified trainers and behavior counselors address separation anxiety, aggression, on leash aggression, and adult house training / potty training. We also teach basic obedience, such as sit, stand, down, come / recall, stay, and heel, and a number of puppy classes for puppy kindergarten age dogs. If you are a new puppy owner, we can help you with puppy biting, bite inhibition, puppy chewing, and barking and teach you how to deal with jumping up, digging, destruction. We adhere strictly to the Animal Learning Theory approach to modifying canine behavior (approved by the HSUS, SPCA) and use only humane techniques. While we teach and train by the science of animal learning theory, our highly qualified staff are well versed in a number of different methods, including those of the dog whisperer (cesar millan/cesar milan), traditional training including dominance and pack theory (alpha dog), positive reinforcement based training, clicker training,and more, and students of all methodologies are welcome without judgement.
